Friends of the Library Sunday Concert Series

Sunday, January 14, 2018 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Community Room

In January we'll be hosting the tribute band Cherry Bomb, whose musicians are dedicated to reproducing the authentic sound of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member John Mellencamp! They'll be playing his catchy, classic brand of Heartland Rock which emphasizes traditional instrumentation & a conviction that rock music has a communal purpose beyond just entertainment. Cherry Bomb's energetic performances are live reproductions of many of John's hits, including “Pink Houses,” “Jack and Diane,” and “Hurts So Good.” The band, based in Camarillo, has a great time performing the 80's music, which makes their shows especially enjoyable for audience members!

Come join us for this FREE concert supported by the Friends of the Camarillo Library on Sunday, January 14th at 2:00 - 3:00 PM. The seats are first-come, first-served in the community hall to the right of the library entrance. If you have any questions, please email our Program Chair at Programs@FriendsCamarilloLibrary.org.
